The Volunteers Department is the heartbeat of hands-on service at Bloomers. We empower individuals to actively participate in the community by offering training, fostering teamwork, and providing opportunities to serve in meaningful ways.
What We Do:
Community Building: We foster connection and collaboration through team-building activities. Current: Mid-Year Coffee Date & End-of-Year Thanksgiving Lunch.
Volunteer Recruitment & Training: We recruit, train, and support volunteers through bi-monthly sessions on leadership, prayer, and service.
Event Support: Volunteers play a key role in organizing events and leading Bible challenges. Current: Monthly Bible Challenge Series.
