I live with the constant awareness that the Most High God is my ‘Boss.’ Consequently, I view every assignment as an opportunity to serve with excellence. I strive to be ‘prepared and correct’ for His name’s sake, honoring Him through professional quality and personal integrity. My Service Journey I have been a part of the Bloomers Community since 2023. My journey of active service began in 2024, and it has been a rewarding climb: Volunteer & Assistant Lead: I started by learning the ropes and supporting the vision behind the scenes. Book Club Lead: I now have the privilege of serving as the Lead for the Bloomers Book Club. Prayer Department: In addition to the book club, I serve in the prayer department, standing in the gap for our community.
Why I Love the Bloomers Book Club: To me, the Book Club is a place where you can be planted and grow. I believe the Word of God is a rich source of nutrition for every area of life. It’s the perfect place to be connected to Jesus Christ, be fruitful and know and love the Heavenly Father. Remain in me, as I also remain in you. No branch can bear fruit by itself; it must remain in the vine. Neither can you bear fruit unless you remain in me. I am the vine; you are the branches. If you remain in me and I in you, you will bear much fruit; apart from me you can do nothing.” (John 15:4-5, NIV) I keep asking that the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the glorious Father, may give you the Spirit of wisdom and revelation, so that you may know him better.” (Ephesians 1:17, NIV) What makes this a true “win” for me is the realization that we are not doing this alone. We have a community to provide support and encouragement, and most importantly, we have the backing of the Holy Spirit. That divine partnership is what makes our community flourish.
