Commitment & Responsibilities
What is expected of volunteers?
Volunteers commit to serving in different departments, attending bi-monthly hangouts, participating in spiritual growth activities, and supporting community initiatives like outreach and prayer.
Do I need to commit a certain number of hours?
We encourage volunteers to be actively engaged, but there are no strict hourly requirements. Your level of involvement can be tailored to your availability and capacity.
Can I switch volunteer roles if I feel led to serve in a different area?
Yes! We encourage volunteers to serve where they feel called. If you’d like to explore another department, just inform the leadership team.
What support is available for volunteers?
Volunteers receive mentorship, spiritual guidance, and a strong support system through check-ins, prayer groups, and leadership mentorship.
What happens if I need to step back from volunteering for a season?
Life happens, and we understand! Just inform the leadership team, and we’ll support you through the transition while keeping you connected to the community.

Bloom Pairs is our mentorship initiative, where volunteers are paired for accountability, encouragement, and spiritual growth.

Discipleship Program
What is the Bloomers Discipleship Program?
It is a 6-month mentorship initiative designed to equip women with the tools to boldly live out their faith, discover their purpose, and serve their communities.
Who can join the Discipleship Program?
Any woman aged 18-35 who is committed to spiritual growth and community impact can apply.
Is there a fee for the program?
Yes, there is a commitment fee used to help facilitate program materials and mentorship sessions.
How do I apply for the Discipleship Program?

Bloomers has six departments:

Events & Meetings
What regular events does Bloomers host?
We offer:
- Tuesday Intercession (5 AM) – Weekly prayer sessions.
- Friday Night Prayers (8 PM) – Weekly prayer gathering.
- Bible Study Hangouts (Last Sunday of the Month) – Online and in-person Bible studies.
- Woman of the Bible Study (Monthly) – Exploring biblical women and their stories.
- Bloomers in Business (Bi-Monthly) – Career and leadership discussions.
Are all events virtual?
Most of our gatherings are virtual, but we also host in-person meetups and outreach programs.

- Lavenders (Young Mothers & Wives up to 35): For women building Christ-centered homes and seeking community in marriage and motherhood.
- Marigolds (36+ Mentors): For experienced women offering mentorship and guidance to younger Bloomers.
Can I be part of more than one growth group?
We encourage you to commit to one group that best aligns with your current journey. However, if your life season changes, you can transition to another group when needed.
