MOVING WITH GOD IN ALL SEASONS

And let us not be weary in well doing: for in due season we shall reap, if we faint not (Galatians 6 vs 9).

We have four seasons spring, summer, autumn (fall), and winter (National geographic education).

Vision

It’s very rare for most things that happen in our lives to happen without a season. Look around you, the blue sky, the flowers, mountains and so much more are as a result of God’s plan. God had a blueprint, the Bible in Genesis 1 vs 1 KJV says, “in the beginning God created the heaven and the earth.” Our heavenly father began preparing  from the very beginning. Isn’t this wonderful dear bloomers girlie.

Let’s get back to the Bible, the book of Psalm 139 vs 13 NIV, “For you created my inmost being; You knit me together in my mother’s womb.” God prepared for everything around us, the air we breathe to the tiniest little beautiful lady bug. God had a vision, He saw the world that was once empty and filled it with beauty. His the greatest innovator. What do you see? Visualize the future you would love to see. Commit the vision to the Lord and He will guide you.

Plan

Beloved, I would like you to use your imagination on this. Picture the vibrant and intricate creatures such as the  soft-bodied sea slugs  often called “jewels of the sea” for their incredibly diverse, unique patterns. The Wilson’s Bird of Paradise is considered as one of the most birds in the world.

Now picture God’s creation, mankind, “I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvelous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well.” — Psalm 139:14 (KJV). Plan for your next season. If you need help with planning for your next season, you can talk, share and ask for help in the best way you feel and see is comfortable. Planning can be through consulting, reading, research or attending meetings both for your spiritual and physical growth. Remember, without God we can do nothing. Philippians 4:13 (KJV) reads: “I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me

 Time

All seasons of life have time.

What season of your life are you in? What does your season look like? How do you feel about your season? Does it feel light, heavy, weak, strong or exciting? I would like you to close your eyes, take a deep breath and search within you. God is with you, He was, is and forever with you. (Matthew 28 v 20 teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you. And lo, I am with you always, even unto the end of the world).

Is it your spiritual life, career, business, job, marriage or you may want to travel? Search deep within you and make a list of what you would like to see in your life. Are you there yet? Or still preparing? Maybe your close to the dream? Life is full of ups and downs here and there. Sadly, we sometimes get caught up by sight and not faith. God’s promise, Ecclesiastes 3:11 KJV, “He hath made every thing beautiful in his time: also he hath set the world in their heart, so that no man can find out the work that God maketh from the beginning to the end.” It’s now up to you and I to keep moving despite the storms that may come our way. Your not alone.

What’s next?

How do I get there? Let’s get practical on this question as well. Imagine you would like to become a doctor. You first close your eyes and see yourself in a lab court, attending to your patients. That’s a vision. Next is for you to make an application into med school and begin your journey. However, you won’t just stick to your vision, you need to plan for your studies. The end result will either be a good report or a bad one.

This will depend entirely on how much effort you put into your studies. The time you spend studying will produce results. It’s the same with our Christian walk. Being intentional about the relationship you have with God grows by reading the Bible, prayer, having a personal relationship with God through salvation and being surrounded by community. The bloomers community is a place that ushers young women for their God given purpose.

Nothing great has been done in isolation. You and I need each other. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 KJV. Moses was chosen to take the children of Israel to the promised land. He too needed the help of Aaron and Hur. They provided practical support, highlighting the need for community in ministry or difficult times. Exodus 17:12. This includes the happy, bubbly moments too. Sharing  good news with your loved ones.

A life journey

The journey isn’t easy. It’s filled with different challenges and filled with beautiful moments as well. With the correct steps, victory is certain. Beloved, it’s worth moving with God in all seasons. We have a loving father, He never fails. In winter, summer, spring and autumn,

He is worthy of all the praise. Your may ask, how am I supposed to smile in the storm? There are a number of people that when we look at, seem not to have deserved what they went through. A good example is Job, God’s faithful servant. He remained faithful before God in a season were he lost everything in a single day (Job 13 v 15). God loves you so much, He cares for you.

Zechariah 4:6 Then he answered and spake unto me, saying, This is the word of the Lord unto Zerubbabel, saying, Not by might, nor by power, but by my spirit, saith the Lord of hosts. Let’s keep blooming.
